Thank you, Tim. I had good luck with the timing. It wasn’t too dark for the clock tower versus the moon – brightness was similar – so I could take two images, one with the clock in focus and one with the moon in focus, and the composite them with no issues blending the sky. And this is pretty much how it looked to the eye.
