Bald eagle soars away to meet its mate and hunt for food to feed her chick.

  Thanks, Tim. I was lucky that the birds were active when I was there and I got these opportunities. As for this one, it is a ‘classic pose’, I guess, but I rather think your photo with the bird back lit and its tail spread out is the really great catch.
