Thank you, Allan. This one is a ‘pet’ of one my kids family. They have six of them. Raised from eggs! Nine months ago they were about 1 cm long. Now 10 times longer. Very cool 😎.
I think maybe so, especially for the males which live about half as long as the females. Since there are both males and females in the group, the hope is for new eggs to keep the colony going.
