It looks like he had a second GoPro behind himself on the spar across the boat. I also think that he had enough footage for some good edits.

How you get into these challenges. You just settle for taking the pictures not the construction. That’s one way of staying dry.

Yep. I’ll photograph the event (making, racing, award presentations) but I am quite happy not to get (ahem) deeper into it 🙂 .
