Stretching as far as one can see, part of the Tokyo cityscape from the Tokyo Skytree. Most awesome, it looks like this in all directions and gives an amazing perspective on the 13.8 million inhabitants of this metropolis.

Here I am late to last week’s challenge because I happened to already be in a favorite place before this week’s challenge 🙂 . Anyway… last year I had the good fortune to be able to attend the event that’s the subject of this photo. And, as it turns out, this year’s edition has happened this weekend. So, for this weekend at least, instead of the cold, wintry time here it could definitely be a place I’d rather be.
